Interwoven In Asia Move

Interwoven, Inc., (NASDAQ:IWOV) , a global leader in content management solutions, today announced that it is now offering the recently acquired Optimost real-time multivariable testing and Website optimization capabilities to the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The Interwoven Optimost Website optimization solution allows online marketers to get more from their existing customer acquisition and Website investments by maximizing online conversion rates.

As APAC economies continue to experience strong growth, and regional consumers spend increasingly more time online, businesses in the region are investing heavily to transform their online presence. To optimize the impact of each online experience, marketers need to test and target content throughout their online marketing efforts to increase online conversions and customer engagement while managing marketing costs.

The Interwoven Optimost Website optimization solution offers the sophistication, flexibility, and expertise required to help marketers maximize their online investments. The solution identifies the most compelling combination of Web content and design by exposing different combinations of online content elements to different visitors and then measuring visitors' actions.
As part of this announcement, Interwoven also will be growing its network of Interwoven Optimost service specialists, and will be expanding its Interwoven Optimost certification process to APAC interactive marketing firms.

The release of the Interwoven Multivariable Optimization solution, powered by Interwoven Optimost, builds on Interwoven's strong presence in the region with its large installed base of content management customers. Interwoven has helped well-known regional brands create, deliver and optimize content, including companies such as Cathay Pacific Airways, Chunghwa Telecom, ICICI Bank, Hong Kong Trade and Development Council, HFDC Bank, New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, and Qantas Airways.

"The tremendous economic growth in our region has significantly increased the number of consumers on the Internet," said Sanjay Aurora, vice president of APAC operations at Interwoven. "We are excited to bring the Interwoven Multivariable Optimization to APAC to help companies unlock the potential of their online strategies. This launch is part of an ongoing campaign to educate companies in the region on how Interwoven can help them leverage the power of the Web to strengthen their brand and drive revenue growth online."

Interwoven also will be conducting a series of local events to share best practices and to educate enterprises, partners, and interactive services firms on how the Interwoven Optimost Website optimization solution can help engage and convert online visitors.

Clearapp Seminar

ClearApp (http://www.clearapp.com/), a provider of comprehensive application service management (ASM) for J2EE-based composite applications, today announced it will host a free webinar with OpenDemand to discuss best practices for mitigating downtime risks associated with application change management throughout the application development lifecycle. The webinar is on April 22, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time.

The session, entitled "Effective Application Change Management," will discuss how companies can leverage best-in-class load testing, end user monitoring, application service dependency mapping and J2EE component-domain-level health monitoring technologies, to predict application behavior and resolve complex composite application problems quickly -- therefore minimizing costly disruptions.

Rob Greer, VP of marketing at ClearApp, will be joined by an OpenDemand technology expert to discuss the risks associated with making changes to the business logic of applications. Business functions within today's complex composite applications are not easily delineated within the application services. Dependencies between services are typically manually maintained, but almost immediately obsolete since relationships between components are changing constantly. Interested parties can register online

"Many industry analysts will tell you that greater than 50% of all downtime is due to uninformed change -- enterprise portal and SOA applications are not immune to this problem," said Don Doane, CEO, OpenDemand. "In our webinar, ClearApp and OpenDemand will discuss best practices for mitigating downtime risks associated with application change management."

Greenline Financial Technologies in ICE Deal

Greenline Financial Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of electronic trading marketplace solutions, announced today that IntercontinentalExchange (ICE) has selected and implemented Greenline's flagship VeriFIX and CertiFIX product suite for testing and certification of exchange FIX protocol connections. VeriFIX and CertiFIX are comprehensive FIX testing and certification systems that, when used together, provide seamless FIX protocol scenario testing, simulation and automated customer certification.

ICE, the leading marketplace for futures and OTC energy contracts, deployed VeriFIX and CertiFIX in an effort to streamline their FIX protocol certification process for customer on-boarding as well as to optimize and automate their internal FIX testing procedures.

Edwin Marcial, chief information officer of ICE, commented, "Rapid volume growth and the migration of new markets onto our trading platform necessitates making customer certification and FIX testing as seamless and efficient as possible. Greenline's product suite allows us to automate many FIX protocol testing and certification processes that were once manual and time consuming for both our customers and ourselves. The interoperability between VeriFIX and CertiFIX allows us to share test scripts across the two products. Internal test scripts become customer certification scripts in no time, resulting in better service and support to our customers."

Josh Tolman, president of Greenline, added, "Many premier organizations in the capital markets industry understand clearly the value that VeriFIX and CertiFIX provides through increasing customer on-boarding throughput while reducing testing and certification overhead. The addition of IntercontinentalExchange, arguably one of the fastest growing exchanges in the world, to this growing list of VeriFIX and CertiFIX users further speaks to the products' value and utility."
